Thank you for taking interest in our project ‘Oliver Lives On,’ created in name of our baby Oliver.

“Where there is LOVE, there is LIFE.” ~ Mahatma Gandhi
My name is Ada, I am Oliver’s Mom and I created this blog as a safe space to tell my Love Story after my son Oliver was born still. His existence in my life has taught me so much about life, life after life, and grief. Everything I do from now on is in his name and in hopes I make him proud. My project is mainly to spread all the unconditional love, compassion and kindness Oliver brought and continues to bring into our lives. Oliver has taught me more about life and true love than anyone I have ever known. If you have experienced the tragedy of losing baby, I hope you find our story uplifting and comforting knowing you are not alone on this journey. It is also important for me through this project to spread awareness about stillbirth and neonatal death. Humanizing our babies by sharing their stories, not just about their death but about their life, their existence, what they mean to us, how we are navigating grief, and our connection with ourselves and our babies now. Finding hope moving forward after this tragedy. By sharing our stories we can hopefully lessen the stigma around grief and baby death. Our babies’ names need to be said out at loud and their stories shared without fear or pity from others. Our babies want us to heal and see us find peace, they are still right here with us in another form supporting us every step of the way on this journey.
